I am rejecting this response because: According to my records, only Blackmon Mooring employees (aside from repeatedly coming out to try and stop the roof from leaking) have been out here since mid December The foreman at the time *** (Sp?) sent me a text on 12/20/saying that since we did not like those contractors she would not be sending them out againThese were the contractors that broke my electronic gate that was unfixed for over a month risking my families safety since we live out in the countryThey broke the doors in my son's closet, broke two doors in my bathroom, that have yet to be fixedAfter several incidents of us calling *** to let her know they were just sitting out in front of our house for over an hour, taking long lunch breaks and barely worked while there (part of the problem in the beginning and why things dragged out)Then them damaging the flooring being put in when there were too rough they were asked to leaveI have a multitude of texts messages and pictures to support thisIf the subcontractors were the reason, why was the contract not broken a year ago saving my family a lot of time and heartache. Besides the fact that there has always been my now year old, now month old, and often my and year old and Mother on the property every time they were out. Why now? Because the roof still leaks and after attempting to caulk it about times has failed and they now need to do what they promised and lift the roof part that still leaks and do it rightTheir attitude changed when we told them the roof was once again leaking, almost accusatory as if we enjoy dragging this out and living like thisThey kept coming out though with an attitude about it until I complained when once again they had promised to complete the job before Thanksgiving (a year ago they made the same promise) and then I found out they would not be back until after ChristmasI called and literally begged their foreman for my children's sake not to ruin another Christmas for them, he was cold and unsympathetic, I tried calling Ms*** she would not answer my calls neither would Ms***They would only text me that they would email me the next dayThat email was a termination letter stating that they wanted more money after what they felt was a good reimbursement amount and after failing to bill my insurance company the change of order like was stated on the change of order they wanted more money, over eight thousandThey exploited this as an perfect opportunity to get rid of a bad situation they createdIt is shameful and deplorable what this company has done to my family. This is a feeble attempt by Blackmon Mooring to get out of their obligations

Tell us why he1. I would be happy to forward my emails between Blackmon Mooring and me, but I need to do that one at a time. This has been one frustration after another. It was not until I had reached my limit and lost my temper that I finally got satisfactory service from *** *** last Thursday, March 17th. I had to put my foot down and insist that he not leave the property until the work was completed properly. I had had enough.Blackmon Mooring has also maintained the emails and related correspondence that took place between *** *** and the representatives of Blackmon Mooring*** *** was asked by Blackmon Mooring Senior Management to remain on the premises for the duration of any work performed in order to ensure only the most accurate information and descriptions of the circumstances were documented for our recordsThe work crew was minutes due to vehicle failure, *** arrived on site within minutes of the scheduled time slot but was held in the driveway for hours, while the crews dealt as best they could with the various requirements of *** *** At approximately AM *** was permitted to perform the work that was requested of himBlackmon Mooring is very pleased that satisfactory services was ultimately provided and that this customer received the service that she was looking for2. This is the 2nd warranty submission. This is not the first submission since the work was "completed" almost a year ago as the company reported in their reply. I have attached a copy of my first warranty submission weeks after Blackmon Mooring claimed that the work had been completedThe work associated with the initial claim was contracted on January 13, 2015, work was delayed as we awaited the down payment required, work begun on February 18, and was completed on March 3rdOn June 15, after a 4-day period of heavy rain, high winds, hail and thunderstorms, we received a warranty request for a leak that originated from the roof where the chimney meets the roofNo further contact was made by *** *** until months later on March 16, at which time she reported a new warranty issue in a similar locationCrews were dispatched within hours of receiving her claimAs was stated in our original response, Blackmon Mooring stands behind it’s workmanship and it is our decisions as to whether we will repair, replacement or provide payment for the reasonable cost of repair of a warrantied itemThe purpose of this warranty is to ensure that the work that we have performed meets all codes and standards for the replacement or repair outlined in the written scope of workBy signing the Builder Warranty, it is understood that such warranty issues do not merit a refund of the final cost.3. I will name names if I have to. I was lied to by workers who said that they had arrived at a certain time in the morning. I told them that cannot be true because I was here talking to their boss at that time who said that they were minutes away I came home from a long day at work having been promised that by the time I got home from work, it would all be complete. I arrived to a living room full of plastic walls and workers who stayed for hours longer. Same thing the next day.Providing us with the names involved would be very helpfulUnfortunately, we would need more information in order to address the concern that workers lied when stating the time at which they arrived on a given morningWe would very much appreciate the opportunity to address any issue that involves our subcontractorsAs subcontractors of Blackmon Mooring crews are held to the same standard of workmanship and ethics as any Blackmon Mooring employee and this is expressly outlined and agreed upon by every subcontractor use in the Blackmon Mooring companyUpon evaluation of the interior it was determined that due to the acoustic texturing it would be necessary to complete extensive contents and flooring protection efforts in order to maintain *** *** belongings and connecting roomsThe plastic walls are containment barriers needed to prevent the dust and debris from the acoustic ceiling removal from penetrating the HVAC system and spreading dust to other roomsIt was only after the work began that it became evident that it would take more time to complete in a careful and thorough mannerThe workers stayed late and returned the next day in an effort to restore the interior of the home as quickly as possible. 4. I was told (again will name names) that someone would come by with a magnet and clean up debris. I arrived home from work one day and found roofing debris and several nails in my driveway. I sent a photo of it to the office (again, will name names if I must) and was promised again and again that someone would come out. It didn't happen, and I still hear nails blowing around when I do yard work.Crews were dispatched and did in fact sweep the property for nails and debrisWhile we do our very best to remove as much debris as possible there are times when some of this debris can be missedWe will return to perform a follow up magnet sweep upon request should any customer feel that there is a significant amount of debris remainingDependent upon a variety of situations such as drainage, rainfall or ground cover, it can be difficult to retrieve every nail or piece of metal that remains after a roofing project but we are ready and willing to address this when it is reasonable to do so5. A bare plank of wood was installed over my front door, and it took weeks and several frustrated phone calls and emails to get someone out to paint that and the soffit. I was promised that it would be done correctly only to return from work to see that someone had slapped a patch of paint on the soffit that didn't come CLOSE to the paint color. They slapped a few brush strokes of white paint on a tan/brown soffit. More telephone calls, emails and missed appointments and I have the emails to show that.Unfortunately, it was not within the scope of work outline in the agreed upon estimate provided to *** *** to install or paint wood over the front doorBecause *** *** decided to withhold payment there was a delay in schedulingOur roofing subcontractor agreed to complete this as a favor and free of charge but due to the recent weather events was limited in the amount of time he had available in which he could return to the home to perform this serviceThe roofing crew returned to the home on several occasions to perform this task, moving the rain diverter back and forth until *** *** was satisfied that this piece would behave in the same way a gutter wouldEach trip to the home was free of charge6. Rain guards were not replaced when the roof was replaced. More calls and emails and promises, un-announced arrivals and months later, the rain guards were finally placed correctly. The rain diverters were installed according to the scopeIt was requested that the crew return on several different occasions to move the diverters back and forth along the line of the original installation until the member was satisfied. 7. I asked someone who had used Blackmon Mooring what their experience was with them. Unsolicited, they replied, "well, they're quick to send you the bill but not so good at finishing the job.Given the opportunity, we would be happy to speak to this person and review the specific circumstances surrounding any issue they had with their personal experience with Blackmon Mooring. 8. What will it take to get my point across?!I will consider this issue resolved when I receive monetary compensation for the year and a half of missed appointments, lies and shoddy work that I had to endure with Blackmon Mooring. As it has been explained, Blackmon Mooring will stand behind our work and respond promptly to any warranty related issue brought to our attentionHistorical Weather Data: ***
