Review: I told the shop not to repair the car I would pick the car up and they worked on the car anyway. Im now having other problems with the car and I took it to another shop and was told they did a poor job on the car

Review: 1). Initially I paid the shop for a standard tune-up. To my knowledge, that would include all fluids being topped off, all spark plugs being changed. After taking my vehicle home, I realized somthing was wrong with my vehicle. When my fiancee took the vehicle back to the shop, they stated that I needed two coils changed and that they mistakenly did not change two of my spark plugs from the previous time. The owner stated for me to bring the vehicle back and that the shop would change the spark plugs for free, but that I would need to get two coils changed.

2.) Sometime later, one of my spark plugs popped out while driving. I took my vehilce back to the shop because they told me they would change my two plugs for free. This time around they allegedly changed two coils, two spark plugs and some wires they stated where burned out causing my plug to pop out in the first place. This took them approximately 4weeks to fix.

3.) When I picked my vehicle up it shut off on me one block from the shop. I immediately turned around and returned my vehicle to the shop. They apologized and asked that I just please be patient with them and they would take a closer look at the vehicle and fix the problem. Approximately another 3weeks later, the shop stated that I needed 6coils changed in order for my vehicle to run smoothly. Another 2weeks later I picked my vehicle up and immediately asked why was it making a loud noise. The machanic assured me that the truck was fine and that everything under the hood of my vehicle was fixed and is fine. Two weeks after picking my vehicle up from the shop, my vehicle failed a diagnostic due to mis firing under the hood within the coils.

4.) I took my vehicle back to the shop explained what was wrong. They apologozed and stated they would fix the problem. After having my vehicle for another two weeks, later the shop stated that the previous coils they put on my vehicle where bad ones and had to be replaced. And now two more weeks later they still have my vehcle claiming they cant fix it.Desired Settlement: I have stated to the owner that I would like my vehicle put back together so that I can drive my vehicle off the premises the way I was able to drive my vehicle on the premises. Due to the fact that the shop did not fix my vehicle and continued to cause more damage to my vehicle, I am also requested a full refund. Due to the damge this bussiness has caused my vehicle , I am now left further without a running vehicle and I have to take my vehicle to another shop with the hopes that it is not beyond repairable due to the damage they have caused.
