Review: My car needed repaired for inspection. I paid for the work in october and dropped my car of the first week of December. I dropped my car of on Monday and was Supposed to get it back either wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes and I can't get in contact with anyone at the shop and when I go up there no one is in. This goes on until Saturday night when I finally go and get my car. The mechanic in the shop tells me that none of the work has been done, he doesn't have the parts, or my money. I wait to more days to finally speak to the owner, who tells me that he phas the parts and will do the work but he cannot give me my money back. I gave him until saturday to get it together. At this point I can't get a response from the owner and again there is no one in the shop, which is supposed to be 24 hours. The last time I spoke to the owner he was giving me more run around.Desired Settlement: I just want the money I paid for the repairs and the cost I incurred as a result of this situation.
