Review: In March of 2014, I placed an order online for a Shriner fez and case thru Squarewerx.com. The total amount I paid (via Paypal) was $394.95. The products were scheduled to arrive the following month. In April, after I had not received them, I contacted the company to inquire on the shipping status. I was told at that time that the vendor was late in processing the order, and that they were trying to get it done as soon as possible. I have yet to receive the shipment. I have contacted the company several times since then (by phone and email), to no avail, Yesterday, I sent an email to inform them that I will be filing a Revdex.com complaint and possibly litigation if not resolved with them.Desired Settlement: I would either like the order processed and shipped immediately or a full refund, to include shipping/handling costs.
