Squared Away Surplus

I am rejecting this response because: I attached copies of the emails between Squared away surplus and IIn the attached emails you can clearly see there are no attachment [redacted] All I'm wanting to do is return this product to this fishy company

We have maintained contact with this customer and have sent him return labels to return his merchandiseWe have proof of these emails as wellThe customer does not know how to get attachments off of his email which is causing the problemWe sent him a pre-paid mailing label to him which he does
not know how to viewI am not sure how we can teach him or show him how to download and view attachment**
