Square One (SI Mall)

Sq One is becoming a dog haven and Paladini security guards are completely ignoring it. These dogs a blatantly NOT SERVICE DOGS. What a shame! Time to look for another security agency.

Review: I bought two items at this store that did not fit. When I went to return them with a receipt, I was told I could only get store credit. I left the store with the items, and looked for the return policy on line because I did not see one in the store. I could not find one and went back to the store today with the items. The clerk refused to give me store credit for them. The clerk informed me that the store cannot do that and that once I buy an item it was mine, no exchanges, not store credit! I told her that it is every stores policy to at least give some sort of store credit. The items were in original packaging with store tags on them. She said she would not do it! I asked for her name, she refused. I asked for the [redacted] or [redacted]'s name, she refused! I left the items there, told her I was filing the complaint, and walked out of the store. I contacted SI Mall manage about it as well. Now I am out $40.00 out and feel as though I was robbed....they took my money and I have nothing to show for it! This must be in blatant disregard of a few retail laws at the very least!Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, some kind of cash refund. I do not want any store credit or anything to do with the store. I would accept coupons to use in other stores in the [redacted] mall. I hope they are fined, and ultimately closed for unfair practices.
