Please read the contract again. Our program is designed and our staff is trained to assist you in disputing the debt and minimizing its effect on your credit report. We are here to assist you, we do not do it for you and we do not get paid for such services. Perhaps you misunderstand the program....

Credit repairs and credit improvements are NOT part of the program. We are here to reduce and assist in your debt, that's what you pay for. We are doing that. You were warned during enrollment, at the welcome call, and upon beginning the program that credit score may be affected. We also specifically stated that we do not, ourselves, dispute your credit report. We do assist you in doing so yourself--- for no additional fees. You are paying for a program that lasts 24 months.We encourage you to seek outside legal guidance if you wish. We would be interested in hearing what your legal counsel has to say. At this point we are no longer charging you and your file is on hold while we resolve this issue. Threatening legal action will not make this situation any better. It is our assessment that you misunderstood the primary purpose of this program which is to assist in your debt. Credit scores will improve after the debt is settled or paid. The impact to your credit score was explained as a consequence before, during and upon enrollment. If you wish to continue with the program, please let us know. We will continue work WITH you to address your credit score. Otherwise, we will consider that you voluntarily withdrew from the program before we had a chance to assist in your debt.Best Regards,[redacted]
