I have been a Squaresoft and an Enix fan since the Famicom / Nintendo Entertainment System days I love the company's original RPGs
The problem is their horrible service for their MMOs I have been scammed out of money from FF11, with the company refusing to resolve the issue (either over phone, or through the Revdex.com) The company just does not care about its customers This is true time and time again over the Complaints section on this website
I wish the company I loved so much cared about its customers in return In the meantime, I have to cut my losses, and stop supporting Square Enix

Square Enix customer service is really appalling. They take days to get back to, they do not & cannot resolve multiple issues at one time. They need unneccessarily huge amounts of information to validate an account, in which they do not notify customers and tell them they need to compile. They refuse to interfere with any player-to-player disputes even though they have the means to resolve certain conflicts. They have no real personal and authentic interaction with their customers. I really wish I had not spent the time to play any of their games.
