Review: A coupon was placed in a booklet that was distributed by the company to Great Neck, Port Washington and surrounding towns. The coupon was placed without knowledge of the business, or approval. While the coupon was valid in 2012, no contract was resigned for 2013. A verbal response was given to [redacted] to NOT run the coupon for 2013, however it was done anyways. This coupon is obviously costing the company great sums of money to the point of taking a loss.Desired Settlement: Unleashed Pet Boutique and Spa requests a letter voiding the coupon (for customer reference). Square Deals Coupon.com issued Invoice #[redacted] on October [redacted], 2013 for $350.00. Since Unleashed did not want the coupon printed, nor agree to have it printed, the business requests the invoice to be retracted.
