I took a brief holiday (this week end) with my family in Squamish BCI noticed a peculiar sound coming from the engine of my [redacted] HybridVisited Toyota Squamish and was attended to by Brad at the service deskHe was extremely courtious, and offered to see what the problemThe engine oil cap had fallen off (and was lodged on the engine block) although the part was not available, Brad checked and found the engine oil lowHe filled up the oil and closed the same with the damaged capMaking sure that I would not have a problem returning to Vancouver He was a rely outstandingNot only did he not charge me for the oil and his time but made me feel like a valued customer of Toyota, which I have been for the last years please pass on my congratulations to Brad and to Toyota Squamish for a outstanding service

Visited Toyota Squamish and was attended to by Brad at the service desk. He was extremely courtious, and offered to see what the problem. The engine oil cap had fallen off (and was lodged on the engine block) although the part was not available, Brad checked and found the engine oil low. He filled up the oil and closed the same with the damaged cap. Making sure that I would not have a problem returning to Vancouver.
He was a rely outstanding. Not only did he not charge me for the oil and his time but made me feel like a valued customer of Toyota, which I have been for the last 15 years.
