Hi,we apologize about the misunderstandingWe offered to the customer to pay the shipping fees to send us back the defective camera and to replace the camera by a brand new model that will satisfied the customerWe will also pay to ship the new camera back to the customerThe camera have been repaired and it is still under the month warranty so no more fees will be charged to the customer.We thought it was a better offer than to leave a customer with a credit and a defective cameraM [redacted] have already a return number with us : [redacted] He can use this return number to send us back the defective camera with his shipping bill and we will take care of his case as soon as we will receive his defective camera.Again we apologize if it was not clear enough.Please feel free to contact us : [redacted] or [email protected] regards
We do understand the repair have not been done correctly and we would like to rectify the issueWe propose to the customer to pay to ship back the camera here and we will fix the camera under warrantyWe will after that pay to ship it back to the customerThat way the customer could receive a functional camera and nor more fees would have been chargedWe offer also to give a rechargeable battery pack for free with the repair for all the troubles the customer had.We still thinking that the fact to replace the defective camera without any charge by a brand new model it is a better offerThe customer could receive a 150$ camera value for free in exchange of his defective cameraThe FORCE-11D is better in every way than the customer camera model.Please let us know which offer you prefer.Best regards
