Review: In april 9 2014 I contact this company for a private investigation services and to buy some equipments, everything was running "good" until I decide to stop the investigation and I was having 32 hours remaining plus 3 cameras, 3 infrared for nigth vision, 6 micro sd card 65 gb e/o, 6 battery pack for the cameras, and extended battery extra for a tracker, all this worth more than 5500 dollars, ( not counting other charges I'm disputing through the bank worth more than 2000 dollars). Robert the owner said that I get the money back "next week, next week" and now is more than 4 months and I don't have the refund yet. was supposed to Robert would install these cameras but I canceled the installation and research of them and now I just want my money back.2 weeks ago Robert wanted give me a super cheap cameras which I looked online and did not cost more than 70 dollars, knowing that I paid over 900 dollars for each one plus additional equipments that Robert suggest me he needed for a good job. He also left me with his assistant a postdated check worth 1200 dollars which I deposit in my account he the same day, Robert don't like this because he said me in a letter that I had to wait 8 days to cash it, and retaliation that he call the bank and cancel the check payment and when I asked when he was going to pay my money? he replied me by text message that he did not want anything whit me and he said: "if you want you can send me to court".I'm tired of this, that's why I need your help, and I don't know who else appeal, I just want that is fair for me, I just need what is mine. Spy guys and counter spy are the same company in Fairfax VA. They refused a court order to refund my money. Robert is a dishonest business man and a scammer. Avoid his stores.

Review: I purchased two camera systems from Counter Spys Guys also known as Spyguys. I had a break-in and I was unable to obtain the License Plate camera because one of my License Plate was out of focus. I contacted [redacted] the owner of the company several weeks before the break-in asking him to fix the camera. ( The camera system was installed about six month ago and the problem should not have happened ). [redacted] never fix the problem. I forced to contact another company to fix my problem.

He also wants full payment upfront for all his jobs. I think this is not appropriate.Desired Settlement: Nothing for Revdex.com only.
