I spent hours and hours going through their website to find the photos. I could not go through the entire website as they scour the internet creating listings for anything that exists. It would be extremely time consuming.
I sent a large list of the listings with my photos, and they did remove them, but months later, they are all back up on their website! Also, they continue to take photos from my new listings!
They are my competition, they have no right to steal my photos, or anyone else's. They can't take their own photos because they are selling items that they do not even have. Read their reviews!
I will be getting an attorney, I am tired of them getting away with robbery!
Great complete product! The US Air Tool Co. Complete Flaring Tool Kit is effortless to use, and does a fantastic job! As someone who has purchased several screw-style flare tools and to find one that will put a decent flare in steel line without slipping, I could have bought this one with the money I had wasted. I do bubble, double flare, GM trans and fuel lines with no problem. Definitely a great find! These guys have the rarest finds! Highly Recommended!
Ordering could not be easier... I have used this company consistently now for over about three years. Service seems to be helpful and I always get my stuff on time, so no complaints here. I would recommend these guys.
They are absolutely very pleasant and helpful to work with despite the other negative reviews. I am a bit worried tho about my second purchase, cause I haven't received it yet. They're mostly ahead of schedule. I'll update my review when my product arrives.
Their website is user friendly and the ordering process was smooth. Let’s see about the product quality. I'm a little bit skeptical because of some of the bad reviews online but we'll see... I’ll update my review after a month. (New customer here, did not receive my product yet.)
They sent me the wrong valve but took care of all my concerns quickly. Pleased with the way they handled it. Called their customer support and sent me the right one in a heartbeat. Not mad now
Been working with these guys for several years now and I couldn't ask for a better customer service. The price range is great and delivery is always on time! (just wish they cover the delivery free for expensive items)
In the may years of doing business with SPW Industrial, I have grown even more committed to continue to stick around. I like their products, their staff, and their business model....I know that if things aren't "just right" you would amend the situation accordingly and professionally...Thanks you!
My order shipped four business days later than promised. I was told that it would take up to 5 business days. It shipped 9 days after I ordered it.
When it did ship, it was not shipped via Fedex 2 Day, even though I paid extra for 2 Day shipping.
In the end, I am receiving it 1.5 weeks later than I needed it. Probably won't order from SPW again.
My experience was very similar to Susan W. SPW advertised that they had a baxter repeater pump in stock and ready to ship in 2 weeks. I placed the order and they ran my card the same day. After two weeks, I called and asked for tracking. I was then informed that it has not shipped and was on indefinite BO. I asked why I was not informed and her response was I do not like your tone. I said I apologize but I do not understand why you would run my card knowing that you did not have the product. She again repeated, I do not like your tune. At this point, I asked to cancel my order. She then proceeded to hang up on me. A first class operation!! I called back and spoke to gentleman who said he would go ahead and cancel my order. After several days of waiting, I had to do a charge back with my CC company. After seeing the Revdex.com standing I know understand why I was treated this why. Another SCAM company!!
The pump you ordered has been discontinued for many years and very hard to find, We had in repair and the website clearly stated 2 weeks lead time for this item. We have the right to refuse service or do business with customers who threaten or use inappropriate language with our associates. Your order was refunded in full and the funds went back to your credit card.
Asking why you would run my CC on an item that has yet to ship is not inappropriate language. Especially, considering the CC was run two weeks prior to me calling for a tracking number. Now your story has changed indicating the pump was being repaired. On the phone several weeks ago you mentioned that the pump has yet to be found and is on BO indefinitely. Which story is the truth?? I asked for a refund on the 24th of July and today, August 14th, I get an email indicated a refund has been processed. I also wrote an email without a response on the 24th of July indicating my displeasure. It isn't until I wrote the Revdex.com did a refund get processed. Keep spinning your lies.

A representative of the company quoted the incorrect delivery time for a piece of equipment. After relaying that the purchased machine was needed as soon as possible, the representative said it would arrive in 1 week. After checking with the shipping company during the delivery week, I found that the equipment would not be delivered for an additional week. This timeline was extremely detrimental to our business, so I canceled the machine and requested a refund of the shipping costs.
The Purchasing Manager declined any refund of the shipping costs, but offered to try expediting the shipment. I informed him that was not an acceptable resolution, because I needed the equipment immediately. I requested splitting the shipping cost is half due to the misquoted delivery time, and the Manager refused to budge. He stated that I could either wait for the shipment and return it at my cost or allow him to attempt to cancel the shipment and retreive the item from the local shipping dock. Because I previously talked with the shipping company, I knew the second option was not a possibility. So, the Manager basically told me that I would have to absorb the shipping costs on both ends and a potential restocking fee to return the equipment. He also refused to escalate my concern to another person in the company quoting. "I won't let you waste their time, too."
I ordered the equipment from SPW Industrial, because it seemed like a professional company and the delivery time was quoted within a reasonable amount of time. After this interaction, I found that the employees did not relay accurate information and the management was disrespectful toward employees. Though the major reason for purchasing the equipment from SPW Industrial was the misquoted delivery time, the Manager refused to own any responsibility for the situation and continuously referred to our interaction as a "waste of time."
Hello , we are sorry you are having problems with this order . When an ships freight it takes several days for us to prepare the shipment, after that we need to schedule a freight pick up and then there is time in transit , it does take more time to process and ship freight order and than normal air shipment orders. If you still want to return this item there will be a restocking fee and you will be responsible the cost of the return .

The crux of the issue was that the shipping time was inaccurately quoted, which was the main reason for purchasing the unit. There was no option to expedite shipping or to choose the carrier. SPW Industrial chose an inadequate carrier, which scheduled the equipment to arrive over 1 month after the order date. If I knew about the real shipping time, I would have tried to expedite the order or not have ordered the unit in the first place.
Additionally, SPW Industrial took no responsibility for the error and, as its response states, put all of the monetary responsibility on the purchaser via shipping and restocking fees. The manager was unwilling to refund any of the original shipping cost or absorb any of the restocking and return shipping cost.
I guess you could ask "How can she review something she still hasn't received?" That's a very good question, but since we still haven't received all the parts and pieces for this order, which we had been told was complete and had all parts, nor have we received the shipping information we were told we would get, and I was told by customer service that "when you receive the parts, you will keep the equipment", when I asked for an RMA, I can only say this has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a supplier. We placed our order on June 28, began trying to get all the parts that weren't sent in the shipment on July 9th, and on July 17th, still don't have everything. I also asked to speak directly with the owner, and have been diverted at every request, so I can only assume Dina Beladi supports this kind of response from her company.
We are sorry you had this experience with this order. It seems you received the rotor and not the buckets according to your email on July 17, 2019. You also wrote on July 13, 2019 that you will return the parts you received which we replied you can do so and you will receive a full refund
