I am rejecting this response because:We were not offered a refund, we were told they would only give us a credit for the next year We want our money refunded back to us This is a very unethical company!

in 2014. You said that you had a family emergency. I get that allot. We do have people send in a letter from the doctor or even a copy of the hospital admissions form. In those cases we worked with them. But, moving deposits into next year is against company policy. I feel we gave you ample opportunities to use that reservation.Sorry

I am rejecting this response because:you did not offer me a refund, the only option I was given was a credit, I would have gladly taken refund, Jim, you need to tell the truth. I do not accept this response because these are unethical business practices.
