We provided our pre-approved document on [redacted] 17th, the same day we received the information needed to draft the document....

We were then notified on [redacted] 22nd that the document had not been accepted by [redacted]. The matter was escalated to our legal department to draft and approve an alternative document that would be accepted by [redacted]. The updated document was sent out on [redacted] 23rd, however that document was also not accepted. After out legal department drafted another amended document, the document was sent out on [redacted] 1st and was accepted by [redacted].
