Sprouts of Malvern

I have dropped off clothes at this consignment shop last year. After selling many items (he told me over $130) he has not paid me. He told me I would be paid by 12/20 by venmo and I never got paid. I have emailed, called and left messages and now the shop is not even open. I would also like unsold merchandise returned to me. I have consigned with this business before and it was always a pleasurable experience, however their lack of communication and broken promises of being paid has left me quite frustrated.
