I submitted documentation and pictures regarding a Sprouts product that resulted in a dental injury. Kassandra contacted me on 2/24/20 with Sprouts and after several emails and telephone calls with no detailed discussions about my incident, she advised on 3/19/20 she would need to transfer the claim to their insurance company, Corvel. On 3/20/20 I received a call from Michelle with Corvel and she advised me to send the documents I had. She would also obtain the original documents and pictures from Kassandra on 3/20/20 and be in touch to discuss settlement. I have tried to reach Kassandra via telephone, no longer valid, and email, no response. It has been well over two months since I submitted my claim and still no resolve. This is unacceptable customer service by Sprouts and Corvel and has been occurring since 2019 when I initially called the local store to explain their product had unprocessed almond shells in their Sprouts branded almond butter and caused damage to my teeth. I had to file a complaint with Sprouts because I received one call on my voicemail stating they were sorry to hear and to call back if I had any questions. I am asking to be indemnified for my dental bills, not even seeking lost wages etc. but this is causing my emotional distress to no fault of my own. I have no choice but to file with the Revdex.com to have this resolved.

Manager at this location stated that he contacted his legal team on the West Coast and was informated that they had already spoken to the consumer about her complaint. He is not aware if this has been resolved.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Dan advised In an email to me on 5/27 he was waiting on the insured to give addtl info to process the payment. Dan also told me he would follow up within that week and it's now been a week and a half and no status. I haven't even been told as to what the payment is or how they plan to resolve the claim.

I finally received my check and this claim was resolved. My only complaint left is On the companies themselves. Due to the lack of customer service on Sprouts and Hartford Insurance, the handling was unprofessional and unsatisfactory from beginning to end. I believe at this time I would need to submit a letter directly to the companies since this was never addressed in the process.
I appreciate your due diligence and follow up to bring this claim to a close for me.
