Sprouts Farmers Market

Worms/larva in bulk produce
I am a frequent shopper at Sprouts Farmers Market. I often purchase items from the bulk section such as granola, dried fruit, trail mix, nuts, grains, rolled oats, rice, etc. I noticed little moths in my pantry which triggered a thorough search of all items in the pantry. To my surprise the pantry was infested with moth larva and I had to dispose of pretty much everything in my pantry. I am afraid that the damages were extensive. I had to toss everything from flour, to nuts, to grains to dried fruit and nuts. Because I cook and bake a lot my pantry is always pretty full. After tossing a couple of trash bags full of food I started taking pictures and videos of larva infested dried goods. Although not all of them came from Sprouts I contacted Costco and Kroger where I also shop at. The items purchased at their stores were purchased sealed which wouldn't have allowed for larva. When I contacted Sprouts regarding the issue they promised to investigate the issue. I have often observed Sprouts employees filling the bins with bulk items before emptying and thoroughly cleaning the containers. And I found insects in a bag of trail mix from Sprouts before. There is no doubt in my mind that the larva came from Sprouts. Of course Sprouts came back with a note stating "that they are not liable for the incident". I am not happy with that response considering I lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and had to spend days bleaching the pantry. I am so disappointed with Sprouts that I am willing to go to the media with this. Revdex.com can you please help with this matter?
