Hey [redacted] , After speaking to the nurse, billing department, and then my insurance on 3 different phone calls I believe we have it settled. The Memorial billing department had 3 diagnosis codes and selected... the wrong of the 3 as primary. When [redacted] received it, they denied it based on the primary diagnosis code. Today I was able to have them select a different diagnosis code as primary and then [redacted] accepted it in under 5 minutes and will be paying it at 100%. I don't foresee any other issues, so it should be settled today. Thank you to the RevDex.com for finally getting the ball rolling with my doctor's office!
