DO NOT BUY*** from this company! Ordered N95 masks on April 4th when site said shipping April 15th. Then eventually they removed the 'shipping by' and sent out nastygrams to not bug them that people would get their orders as they came in. Then nothing. No responses to anything and not even a response yet to Paypal dispute.

I ordered 2 packages of masks on 4/13/20. They took my money in the amount of $ 110.97 out of my account that day and said that they were getting my order ready to send. As of today I have received nothing and heard nothing from them. I have sent an e-mail to them 3 times asking for the masks or a refund back on my card. Each time I asked for a response. So far I have not heard from them. We are 75 years old and my husband takes medication that compromises his immune system. Therefore we really need them, but they won't send a refund so we can get them elsewhere. My daughter also ordered from them and has received nothing also. I would not recommend them and I would say buyer BEWARE.

I ordered from Sprinter Supplier a month and a half ago. They never delivered anything and ignore my many requests for a refund. I did make a complaint with the FTC, Revdex.com, and my bank. There are many people with the same experience as me.
Also, the masks they are selling are made in China, not in the U.S. (the review before mine said they were made in the US).

I placed an order on 4/13/2020 and still have not received my order, despite the masks being in stock and having a 2 day delivery time. Additionally, I have requested a refund on multiple occasions now with no success. Instead I was met with an email from the company threatening me not to report this to Revdex.com, attorney general, etc. They have my money, won’t send my goods, and won’t issue a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. It is very reputable and works extremely hard to fulfill orders for personal masks during this very difficult time. They supplied and shipped my order as promised. Faster than anyone else! Plus their masks are great quality, made in the US. I give them a 5 star rating.

I ordered face masks from Sprinter Supplier and paid for 2 day shipping . The website showed in stock and ready for shipment . I contacted them through email and they promised shipment but the face masks never were shipped. When I’ve tried to reach out to them and ask for a refund , they do not respond.
