Review: These people called me out of the blue said they were Microsoft and something had expired and that I needed to give them the money so that I could keep using my computer. had me go to somewhere and showed me where something said expired. had me let them into my computer. so they could take care of the problem. they put something on my computer. and the real Microsoft has been trying to fix but has not been successful computer wont even open now.Desired Settlement: A refund and my computer fixed.
