Placed ordered on a Wednesday, delivered everything ordered that Friday I live in ** Had no problems dealing with customer service at all Very helpful and answered my questions fully and even when asked their opinion on a "new" smart product, because it was new and didn't have an answer for me, they went above and beyond by emailing me with links to reviews, videos and information on it

This is the 2nd time SprinklerSupplyStore (SSS) messed up my orders. This time, I ordered some pressure regulators on 26/9/15. The cargo was not shipped until 5/10/15; the delay in shipment required me to request for a change of delivery address, made on 5/10/15 which was confirmed twice by Denny of SSS. However, the package was still shipped to the old address on 8/10/15 where there is no one to receive the cargo. I have emailed SSS at least 4 times since to request for rerouting and updates but SSS has not replied. Ironically they still send me promotional emails and even one asking for review of their performance! The delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience and wasted time; I will not do business with SprinklerSupplyStore in future. Funny thing is, the reviews on SprinklerSupply Store's website are all glowing tributes, and my unsatisfactory review never appeared in there!
