I accept the resolution with some qualification: 1. I did, indeed receive the sprinklers, and they were very well done as his work always has been 2. Both the response from MrN*** as well as the sprinklers were sent to me after significant time and effort was spent on my part trying to resolve the issue 3. MrN*** failed to respond to my phone messages and email messages, which suggested he had no intention of resolving the problem 4. I have no issue with paying MrN*** for his services, however I received no invoice from him when I received the sprinklers. My initial thought was that he was calling it good due to all the headaches
