I recently submitted a negative review of Management Services of Colorado and Dale [redacted] specifically. In that review, I indicated that it was my opinion, that those who have contracted his services were unlikely to submit reviews to the Revdex.com out of fear of reprisal. Since submitting said review, I made a simple request (going through my HOA channels). Dale [redacted] responded to my request. Reprisal was foremost on his mind. In my opinion, he is ill equipped to work cooperatively with strong women. His typical response is dictatorial, condescending, and done in a "my way or the highway" dispiriting manner. He is not "service" oriented. I will happily provide e-mail documentation highlighting my interactions and recent experiences. I highly encourage any group or individual to think twice about contracting the "services" offered through this company.
