Tell us why here...We take all of our customers concerns  and complaints  seriously. We try very hard to keep all of them happy and are usually  able to figure things out if all parties are reasonable.  When the vehicle was brought into the shop we completed work that was...

promised at the time of sale and tightened the sway bar on April 18th . The customer had no other concerns that were communicated to us at that time . On May 16th  [redacted] reached out to me by email with her concerns and an estimate for $3650 in repairs. I forwarded the information to our service manager and he responded  and offered to do a free estimate on the vehicle  which [redacted] declined. Then we offered to split the costs of tow as well as get her a $50 reimbursement for her share of the tow bill through our owner loyalty program and offered to do any work at discounted labor rates and cost on parts and again [redacted] declined.    We cannot be responsible for where a customer lives and if they do not want to have their vehicle towed here so we can help them.  We offered to do everything we could here at our facility from the first moment it was brought to our attention.  [redacted] purchased a 16 year old vehicle with 146k miles there will be maintenance required on any car of that age and mileage.  She would not accept any help that we offered and made her own choice to do the repairs at another facility.
