I am rejecting this response because: Your office should now have written authorization to address the complaint because my son has stop by your office todayI would like to have a copy of the move-out statement and refund for the $deposit as you have denied him as a residentIt wasn't clear on why your business is refusing to refund the initial deposit when the denial was base on management
