Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I just want to make it very clear that the previous manager did NOT resolve the issue in any way, shape, or formMy husband and I (along with two other female neighbors that we know of) contacted her via email, phone, and in person about the sexual harassment issues and she promptly chose to ignore the issue and not respond to any of our emails or calls and she brushed off the allegations when we went to her in personI do not blame the new manager, ***, for any of [redacted] 's inaction and I truly believe [redacted] will provide more assistance and care to her residentsBut I want to make it very clear that [redacted] not only ignored sexual harassment claims against her property, but avoided the issue altogether creating a very unsafe and unfriendly environment Regards, [redacted] ***

My name is *** *** and I am the Director for Texas for Continental Properties (Owner of Springs at Cottonwood Creek). I spoke with *** *** today regarding her complaint dated 10/2/ID: 12421385. She is not currently having any issues and was instructed to inform me if it
starts up again. When the original complaint was brought to our attention on 9/16/17, she requested we speak to construction regarding the cat calls and our manager, *** ***, did do this. Our GC also fired the contractor who was reported cat calling at another female. I made *** aware of this. She voiced her concern with the previous manager and we should not have any more issues going forward. *** ***, CAMDirector of Property Management Continental Properties Company, Inc.*** *** *** ***
