Given bank privacy rules it is difficult to respond to this matter in detail. Bank records reflect that the complaining party opening up a custodial account for his [redacted] pursuant to the UTMA which was transferred by the [redacted] several months after reaching the age of 18,...

which is the age that custodial accounts are terminated by law. The only transfers out of the account were made by the complaining party before the account was closed by the emancipated minor. The initial transfers to the two accounts were from the proceeds of multiple Certificates of Deposit which were payable on death to the two minor [redacted].
