I requested an appointment for them to come to my house to give me an estimate to repair the leak in my roofI quickly got a response from Janet who seemed nice enoughThen I got an email from A*** trying to schedule a day and timeThe days he suggested, I was not available and told him what day I would be availableWhile I was waiting for a response from him I got an email from JC who is somehow related to the owner (they have the same last name), but he called me by the wrong nameI emailed him back and told him he called me by the wrong name but never got a response with an apology, which I certainly deserved for being disrespectedIn the mean time, I had scheduled an appointment with A***When I didn't hear back from JC, I sent an email to Janet asking her when I could expect an apologyThe response I got was RUDEHe apologized but only because I had to ask for it not because it was the right thing to do or because he was sincereHis excuse for being disrespectful was because they are "very busy and dealing with a lot of customers"He went on to say that he didn't respond to my email because I had already been in contact with A*** - which has nothing to do with responding to offer a SINCERE APOLOGY - and that they were cancelling my appointmentThey were the ones who did the wrong thing by being rude and disrespectful and when I simply asked for a well-deserved apology they decided not to do business with meThat's fineNobody else should business with them eitherThey clearly have too many customers to keep them all straight and homeowners should find a business that will make time for them and treat them respectfully
I requested an appointment for them to come to my house to give me an estimate to repair the leak in my roof. I quickly got a response from Janet who seemed nice enough. Then I got an email from A[redacted] trying to schedule a day and time. The 2 days he suggested, I was not available and told him what day I would be available. While I was waiting for a response from him I got an email from JC who is somehow related to the owner (they have the same last name), but he called me by the wrong name. I emailed him back and told him he called me by the wrong name but never got a response with an apology, which I certainly deserved for being disrespected. In the mean time, I had scheduled an appointment with A[redacted]. When I didn't hear back from JC, I sent an email to Janet asking her when I could expect an apology. The response I got was RUDE. He apologized but only because I had to ask for it not because it was the right thing to do or because he was sincere. His excuse for being disrespectful was because they are "very busy and dealing with a lot of customers". He went on to say that he didn't respond to my email because I had already been in contact with A[redacted] - which has nothing to do with responding to offer a SINCERE APOLOGY - and that they were cancelling my appointment. They were the ones who did the wrong thing by being rude and disrespectful and when I simply asked for a well-deserved apology they decided not to do business with me. That's fine. Nobody else should business with them either. They clearly have too many customers to keep them all straight and homeowners should find a business that will make time for them and treat them respectfully.
