got a bit dirty. She contacted us with the complaint and in the spirit of good faith I was willing to exchange the bag for another color a less delicate color [redacted] refused. She insisted on a refund of $700.00 which was a bit confusing to me considering the price of the tote is $165.00 this and the fact she never actually paid me for the tote and she does have have a receipt of purchase substanciating a $700.00 refund. I did suggest if she wants a refund she should contact the store directly where she originally purchased the tote. Again she refused. The only resolution that would be satisfactory to her was a $700.00 refund.My offer still stands I am willing to exchange [redacted]'s tote.Thank You.Carmen S**Thank You!
Review: I have ad repeated problems with this business in the past 6 months. There always seems to be the same one employee there who is rude, unhelpful, and quite honestly lazy. She was on a smokin break one time when I got there and told me that the credit card machine was down - which she has told me upon several occasions and I am now beginning to think is untrue. She has told us several times that the dry cleaning had not come in yet even though it was a day past when our clothes were to be ready and when my husband pressed her a little more it turns out the clothes were in fact in the back and she finally retrieved them. Most recently, I believe they misplaced an article of my clothing and this same employee is refusing to assist me in trying to locate it in her computer system. The overall experience has been terrible.Desired Settlement: I would like this employee to be reprimanded and to be honest, I am concerned that the owner has no idea that this is going on because prior to her working there, we never had any problems. I would also like for them to look for my missing clothing in earnest and if they cannot find it but thwir records show that it was dropped off, I would like $$ toward the cost of the clothing.
