Springfield-Branson National Airport

My wife and I went on a out of country vacation for a week and we flew out of Springfield Branson national airport. When we arrived at the airport to begin our trip at around 8:00 P.M. I drove our car to the area to get a parking slip and park in the long term parking area.( it was the area to get the correct parking slip or so I thought). I parked our car in the long term parking area where I was supposed to, and returned 5 days later expecting to pay the standard $66 parking fee, instead I was charged over $120 and I was told that I had acquired a short term ticket. I asked in a nice way for them to fix this problem because it was quite obviously a simple mistake. And they were not understanding or the least bit interested in any way of working with me. It was dark when I got my parking receipt and if there was any directions as to where to get the proper receipt I didn't see it. I'm fairly sure that I may never be reimbursed but I would at least like for it to be known how they run their business.
