I am sorry it took so long to respond, we were out of town If the customer would return the coat with the belt, we will attempt to remove the spots which are probably the buckle that melted and we will try to replace the buckle that meltedThe manufacturor of the trench coat is actually
responsible for the damaged coat ...buckle should not melt in drycleaning We will do our best to try and remedy the situationPlease take the coat to the location and we will see what we can do .Thanks !!Diane D***

10/23/15 Received a phone message from consumer. He said the business sent him a check and he desires no additional followup from them or us.

Iam very sorry about his shirt but the next day when I came in the shirt was in the first loan of shirts of 100 the shirt girl was getting ready to put it on the machine she said look at this something bled on this shirt we put it aside and when the girl that waited on him the night before came in...
in asked her what happened to the shirt she said it was like that when he brought it in .that day we did 1000 shirts I checked if any of the other shirts had it on them and they did not it is impossible to do 1000 shirts and only 1 shirt bled . I did offer to redue it because we have loose dye remover that might take that out but that did not mean I was taking responsibility and paying him for the shirt but I would like to help him .I am sorry but I have been doing this for 30 years and people always want to blame it on dry cleaning. if I did think we did it I would have corrected the problem before it went out my doors.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] After reviewing the Company's proposal, I find this proposal to be unacceptable. Reasons: 1} The amount of the offer is not in alignment with the value of the property that was destroyed-the shirt was less than a month old. 2) To me and my family, after being a loyal customer for over 20 years, the dis-respectable behavior exhibited by the owner when the issue was initially presented was unexpected. 3) After receiving this type of treatment how could I comfortably take my clothes back to this establishment. I appreciate the time and consideration that they have put into their offer, but I cannot accept it.
