Review: I purchased a king size mattress that was made by this company. I have owned the mattress for approximately 18 months now and it has huge dents in it where my husband and I sleep. I measured how deep the indents were in February, they were over 3.5 inches deep. In February I called Springtime Bedding and spoke with Jen, a woman in the sales department. She told me to email pictures and that she would deal with it. She never responded to my email. I called again in April and again spoke with Jen in sales. She told me that I needed to speak with Krista but that she was not in at that time. I called on Monday, June 24, 2013 and finally spoke with Krista. I explained my problem and she said to email her. I have forwarded her the email that I sent in February.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount that I paid for the mattress $891.44.

Review: I purchased a mattress from [redacted] in Rochester, New York who obtains their mattresses from Springtime Bedding. I bought in 2012 and when the problem first occurred the store exchanged the mattress. The mattress has a label in where there is a 10 year warranty. The mattress is defective as it has caved in the center (dented in). In reviewing other complaints; this seems to have happened with others. I have reached out to the company. The individual I talked to told me to contact the store where I purchased it and tell them that because that store owes money to Sprintime Bedding they should exchange the mattress. How is that my problem? My problem is that I have a mattress that is no good. I simply just want another mattress.Desired Settlement: New Matrress that is not defective.
