On 10/10/19 I make an online payment for my HOA fee for my condo at, I received a payment confirmation showing that the payment was accepted on the same day, about 7-10 days later I received a letter in the mail from Spring Meadows Realty stating that my bank sent them back notice and showing that I had insufficient funds in my account, which was completely false, when the payment was sent there was over a thousand dollars in my account there is no way that the online payment would have came back as insufficient funds. Due to the fact of Spring Meadows Realty negligence they falsely charged me 50.00 for insufficient funds plus a late fee of 20.00 dollars.
On 10/31/19 when I be cane aware of what Spring Meadows Realty did I Immediately contacted them and spoke with a very rude employee by the name of *** who was completely unprofessional, she would listen to what. I was trying to explain to her, she kept cutting me off screaming at me and told me she was not going to remove the late fee or the false insufficient funds fee off my account, even after I told her I have my receipt showing the payment, also I contacted my bank and they confirmed that there is no insufficient funds posted to my account from them for the amount of 181.00, the bank also confirmed that there was over a thousand dollars in the account at the time of the payment and the bank confirmed that the error was on them, *** refused to remove the false charges from my account and before I able to finish speaking she hung up the phone on me.
Billing Adjustment I would like Spring Meadows Realty Investigate so this can't happen to another consumer and a billing adjustment on my account the includes the removal of the 50.00 NSF charge and the 20.00 adjustment for the false late charge they also put on my account. Linda also threatened me saying that she was going to send my account to collections if I don't payment the false charges.
Here is the chronology of what happened to Ms ***'s account.
Ms *** made her September dues payment online and everything went fine.
But when she made her October payment, she must have entered her bank account number wrong or the bank made an error reading it.
At first, ( 7 days later), we got a message from the payment processing company that her payment was rejected for "insufficient funds". And then they (the processing company) added the $50.00 charge to her account.
But when we investigated it further, it turned out that the online payment was returned
because the bank could not match the account number with the individual. (A return check code R03) Documentation attached.
We can waive the $20 late fee and the nsf charge with the Condo Association approval and we will pursue that with them.
But since the bank told Ms *** that it was their mistake, maybe she can get any charges not waived from them.
And according to ***, Ms *** was never told that she would not waive late fee or the NSF fee from her account.
*** hung up on Ms *** because her conversation was very rude and abusive.Sincerely:

The bank did not assume responsibility, they said it was clearly Spring Meadows Realty fault. I sent a letter from the bank to my documents case file from the bank, Spring Meadows Reality is once again trying to cover up their error. Once they agree in writing that it was their error and the false charges are removed we can move forward.
The late fees and nsf fees caused by the 3rd party processing error have been removed from her account.
I just received your email and read the response from Spring Meadows Realty. I am satisfied with the recent response that was provided to you by Spring Meadows Realty regarding my complaint. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this complaint against them in my behalf.
