I pre-paid for lawn service (fertilizing/weed control) in 2017. In 2018 they continued to service my lawn without informing me and then sent me a bill that they expect payment for. In total they visited 2 times before I realized that they had been there. I had already chosen a different company and they had begun the fertilizing and weed control. I did not purchase a subscription for lawn care rather I prepaid for 5 applications in 2017.
Customer canceled after 2 applications were applied, did not request a refund for the 2 applications that had already been completed. Customer has never contacted us to resolve his billing concerns, this is the first I'm hearing of his issue. I have credited his account, he currently has a $0.00 balance due.
