Review: Wasn't given sufficient information about the hot tub I purchased. I'm having problems with it and I've been asked the same question numerous times. Is the hot tub filled up to the headrests? I told them yes numerous times and the hot tub is not performing properly. A light that changes colors was installed but no one can tell me how to use it and they agree it's not in the instruction manual. The way this hot tub warms up the water is for the jets to run constantly. If I knew that I never would have bought it. I cannot afford the electricity to have it running all of the time. They knew what hot tub I had purchased from them previously that I was very happy with and yet they didn't tell me the obvious differences. They gave. Me 800.00 for my hot tub and more than anything else I just want it back. Instead they are trying to get me to buy a different hot tub that will cost me 3500.00 more. I don't have a problem with the little bit they told me about this hot tub but with everything that was omitted.Desired Settlement: They say they will send service to attempt to repair this brand new hot tub. I would rather have a different one altogether that doesn't run constantly as I can't afford to keep this running all the time.

We have been in contact with [redacted] almost daily about her dissatisfaction with her new hot tub. Unfortunately her old hot tub is no longer available (we pulled out the working parts for re-use and sent the rest of the hot tub to the dump). We have had our service technicians out on multiple occasions to train her on the new spa, but it seems like she just isn't satisfied with this spa versus her last spa. As of today (4/8/2013) we have offered her a price to replace her hot tub with the same model she has had in the past, giving her the best available price.
