Hello,Ms. [redacted] was originally working with a member of my team who was diligently working on getting the customer taken care of. I had the opportunity to speak with the Ms. [redacted] over the phone on 4/26/18 to address her concerns. Unfortunately, as the customer did not trade her...
devices in at our retail location, she was not eligible for the promotion. Typically the customer would receive the credits for trading in the devices, but as we did not receive them we subtracted them from the total to at least satisfy the other portion of the promotion.A $790.36 credit was applied to her AT&T account as compensation for switching over to AT&T. This amount equates to all five of her Early Termination Fees with her previous carrier minus the value of the devices. ETF $223.27 - $77 = $146.27ETF $223.27 - $77 = $146.27ETF $247.28 - $42 = $205.28ETF $223.27 - $77 = $146.27ETF $223.27 - $77 = $146.27Total Credit = $790.36 Thank you, Thank you,
