completed. We do not offer loaners however we made an exception since customer lives far away. As to a problematic FREE loaner, not a rental- customer called asking us to jump him- car battery had died- we do not offer these services- customer came back to dealership requesting another loaner to which we swapped him out. Vehicle was fixed and customer was contacted and agreed to bring back loaner and pick up his car the next day. Customer kept loaner for 4 more days before swapping back out. We had placed the vehicle to the side since its "not for sale" and ants had made there way in customers car enjoying fruit loops that where all over the front and back floor. We bombed the car and warned customer to wait however customer and his mother left in his vehicle. Customer had repeatably called harassing me, I have since asked him to communicate via email. I have not heard back from him. Customers vehicle left repaired. Virginia [redacted] Owner [redacted] -- Virginia [redacted]
