So we will not be giving them a sd card free of chargeI would be willing to sell them the item at my cost of $plus taxThe sd card is plug'n'play and doesn't require a technician to install Please let me know if this is a satisfactory resolution for the customer and I will make sure the parts department ready for them when they come inWe believe this is a more than satisfactory solution and it will be the only solution we will be offering
