Review: I placed an online order on December 2, 2013. The order was never received. I attempted to contact the business by phone over fifty times. I left voicemails, but was never able to speak with anyone. No calls were ever returned. I submitted online correspondence requesting a refund or my product with no response. I emailed the owner several times. The owner finally responded to my email on December 28th apologizing and offered to send my order plus give me a refund. Neither happened. I emailed the owner numerous more times. He sent two more similar emails offering to send the product as well as refund me. I have yet to receive any product or refund. It has been almost three months since I placed the initial order. I submitted a review on [redacted] in which multiple individuals stated the same thing happened to them.Desired Settlement: I wish to be fully refunded. I cannot believe this is so difficult.

Review: On December 18, 2013, I placed an online order (#[redacted]) with SPREAD the Restaurant. According to their website, orders ship within five working days of being placed. As of today, the order has yet to be fulfilled.

I have made repeated attempts at contacting SPREAD via online contact form, phone, email, and postal mail, and have not received a response. Because SPREAD has ignored my appeals for an update, much less fulfilled my order, I have sent them a letter and an email asking them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. SPREAD has not responded to this request.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card for the unfulfilled order in the amount of $38.25.
