this campany is a fraud and a waste of timethey are not legit what so ever, if I knew I would have never got involvedafter I realize that they were a joke, I requested my $and that was not honored
This company fulfills free cruise and free airfare certificatesHowever, this is a scamStay awayAfter requiring a $down payment for processing the free cruise and airfare request, they offered us two cruises, without airfare, but the cruises were piled high with bogus fees, equally the normal, discount cost of a cruiseOne fee was literally called a "ship not included" fee of $per personNo joke There were other incomprehensible fees as well, such as a "non-commissionables" fee of $per person This is a complete scamStay away
Smart Travel is a total high pitch sales scam They offer you a free vacation with no intention of ever honoring your vacation request dates We requested two seperate vacation dates in and they were both rejected We requested two more dates for and we just received notice that they can not honor either of those requested dates as well I am now going to request a refund for the $voucher payment
My husband and I attended a presentation by Beyond Expectations one year ago in Fort Collins ,Colorado The "reward/gift" for attending was a "free day cruise" and R/T airline ticketsInstructions were to go online at www.choiceselectioninc.com to receive our "certificate type" and "claim code" and send a money order of $to Choice Selection, Inccertified mailWe received a packet from Smart Incentives approximately weeks laterWe followed all their instructions and included a "refundable" $money order to activate our vacation request We received via email months later an offer from ***@travelsmartincentives.com of "$per person=$minus your deposit of $and you owe $At that time I informed [redacted] that we declined the offer and would like our $refundable deposit returnedWe just received a check for $with $of our money kept by them for an "activation fee"I am furious and embarassed and wish I could afford to put a whole page ad in every paper in the US warning people of this fraud Since it is conducted via interstate/US mail I would like to inform the US government of this alsoCan you suggest how to inform the govtand how to get Smart Incentives to return our $When I asked [redacted] what the $to Choice Selections was for she knew nothing about it but we received our info from her company because we sent that $ to Choice SelectionsHELP!!!!!! Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]
I should have check here firstIt is true they entice you to a sales presentation for a travel club timeshare and tell you that if you come you will get a cruise or other rewardIt is not trueI would expect to pay some feesBut the bottom line cost of the cruise is for about the same amount that you could book on your ownI did unfortunately send $just for them to tell me thatI would not recommend dealing with this company as I feel there business practices and not honest or with integrity
This is the worst company with which I have ever dealt I have called their customer service phone number three times Each time I end up in a loop, and once my call was simply terminated Each time I have gotten to the message that tells me the operator is not available It asks me to push # if I need further help When I push #, it takes me back to the original menu of pre-recorded descriptions of the travel packages There seems to be no way to actually speak to anyone I have emailed them times My second email, which simply asked, "Is anyone actually there?" came back with a two sentence reply It said, "We are not yet working on March travel Look for an email." I have since sent the two additional emails in the past week, asking for information, because our first choice on the voucher starts March 21st and it is now February It is evident that this company is not interested in customer service My guess is it's a total scam I would rate them in the "minus" category if such a thing were available

Why would a legitimate company include something that looks like a check say pay to the order of and write on it "THIS IS NOT A CHECK" ?
I sent my check to you in April It has cleared by bank Why have I not heard from you?
My husband and I attended a presentation by Beyond Expectations one year ago in Fort Collins ,Colorado The "reward/gift" for attending was a "free 7 day cruise" and 2 R/T airline tickets. Instructions were to go online at www.choiceselectioninc.com to receive our "certificate type" and "claim code" and send a money order of $70.00 to Choice Selection, Inc. certified mail. We received a packet from Smart Incentives approximately 4 weeks later. We followed all their instructions and included a "refundable" $99.00 money order to activate our vacation request. We received via email 10 months later an offer from [redacted]@travelsmartincentives.com of "$409.02 per person=$818.04 minus your deposit of $99.00 and you owe $719.04. At that time I informed [redacted] that we declined the offer and would like our $99.00 refundable deposit returned. We just received a check for $79.00 with $20.00 of our money kept by them for an "activation fee". I am furious and embarassed and wish I could afford to put a whole page ad in every paper in the US warning people of this fraud. Since it is conducted via interstate/US mail I would like to inform the US government of this also. Can you suggest how to inform the govt. and how to get Smart Incentives to return our $. When I asked [redacted] what the $70.00 to Choice Selections was for she knew nothing about it but we received our info from her company because we sent that $ to Choice Selections. HELP!!!!!! Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]
I should have check here first. It is true they entice you to a sales presentation for a travel club timeshare and tell you that if you come you will get a cruise or other reward. It is not true. I would expect to pay some fees. But the bottom line cost of the cruise is for about the same amount that you could book on your own. I did unfortunately send $99 just for them to tell me that. I would not recommend dealing with this company as I feel there business practices and not honest or with integrity.
this campany is a fraud and a waste of time. they are not legit what so ever, if I knew I would have never got involved. after I realize that they were a joke, I requested my $100 and that was not honored.
This company is a total farce. The ability to enjoy the travel incentives offered through their services is virtually impossible to schedule and lock down. I hope that the North Carolina AG is successful in its suit to put a stop to their deceptive and frustrating business practices.
Smart Travel is a total high pitch sales scam. They offer you a free vacation with no intention of ever honoring your vacation request dates. We requested two seperate vacation dates in 2014 and they were both rejected. We requested two more dates for 2015 and we just received notice that they can not honor either of those requested dates as well. I am now going to request a refund for the $150.00 voucher payment.
Save yourself time and money and just book a cruise yourself. After sending in $174 for cruise and air faire, I was first told that they did not receive my air request and only received the cruise voucher - both were in the same envelope! Then they determined nothing was available. I resubmitted for new dates and was given 2 options for the bargain price of an ADDITIONAL $1,361.58 + $72 for airline transfers. Or $1,537.88 or $1,511.18. I went onto[redacted] and found cheaper prices available on my first search. Plus other discounts available as well. What a waste of time and money. Now I am probably going to wait 6-8 weeks for them to refund my $154 (since they keep $20 for cancelling).
This company fulfills free cruise and free airfare certificates. However, this is a scam. Stay away. After requiring a $99 down payment for processing the free cruise and airfare request, they offered us two cruises, without airfare, but the cruises were piled high with bogus fees, equally the normal, discount cost of a cruise. One fee was literally called a "ship not included" fee of $200 per person. No joke. There were other incomprehensible fees as well, such as a "non-commissionables" fee of $159 per person.
This is a complete scam. Stay away.
We purchased a Las Vegas package for 349.00 It should have included: 350. toward the airfare, 300.00 in dinning credits in the form of a VISA card, 100. in a casino chip and 3 nights/ 4 days at the [redacted]. We would have to listen to a "smart travel plan" to also get a dinner/show tkt. We choose not to used the air portion. It was cheaper to get air on our own. We where told that since we were retired, we could not stay at the [redacted].... and this now was for Solicitation of timeshare sales. But we could stay at the [redacted] hotel, but since we could not stay at the [redacted], we could not get the 100.00 casino chip. The VISA card that could be used "anywhere on the strip" for dinning was now on a [redacted].. this card is worthless... it would give you a discount of 10% or 20% at odd places and no one was aware of this card. You could not used it anywhere !! The [redacted] can be booked for 30.00 per night or less.... we paid Smart Travel and[redacted] 104.00 for their fees plus the hotel fees of 104.00 and don't know what the 349.00 even bought us !!! Run from this company !!
