To Whom it may concern:Mr. [redacted] original part was sent on 05/01/2015 and expected delivery date was to be 05/04/2015, (tracking #[redacted]). A week later Mr. [redacted] notified us that he had not recieved his part. The item was lost by the post office(case #[redacted])....
My husband and I did need to go to California to help clean out his parents home since his father died and his mother was in a home. When we returned, we were notified that he had not received his part yet so on 05/21/2015 we shipped another part, ([redacted] tracking #[redacted]), which was delivered on 05/26/2015 ( at no cost to Mr. [redacted]). He did receive the part but then notified us that it was the wrong part. That he needed a different part, which we shipped on 06/03/2015 and expected delivery date was 06/06/2015, ([redacted] tracking #[redacted]), again at no cost to Mr. [redacted]. My husband called him the beginning of the week of 06/08/2015 to confirm that he did get the correct part and Mr. [redacted] confirmed that it was received, but that he needed an additional part. I believe that we did all that was in our power to do to correct this matter. We hope that Mr. [redacted] is satisfied with the service we provided to him.
