rejecting this response because: The ride was indeed completed and its not ok for a business to reply with a unprofessional and rude responseThis is not ok and I will take next steps if this is not resolved. The Revdex.com needs to address their customer service skills and inappropriate behavior regarding my complaintThis is completely unacceptable.
