No response to shoddy craftsmanship. The homes are pretty but quality of work is lacking. Little to no response on punch out lists. All contact is one sided and has to be initiated by the homeowner. I would recommend anyone considering buying one of there homes to contact me and come by to see one 6 months after move in. We were left without water for close to a week by the builder because company he uses was unavailable and he refused to call another company so it didn't cost him $$$.
