because:[redacted], I have received NO refund form Spotless Cleaners.  He keeps promising to refund my $55 for the "cleaning"  but has yet to pay me.  Also he has not addressed the ruining of my purse.  I have provided him with several pictures of the purse before taking it to the cleaners. Please, let me know what to do from here. [redacted]

Review: I dropped off my white leather designer purse on May 7, 2014 to be cleaned. I went back June 21, 2014 to pick it up. I paid $55 for the cleaning then looked at the bag which was still as dirty as when I brought it in. I asked them to clean it again. I received a phone call today, August 11 2014, that it was ready. When I looked at the bag it had a name tag stuck through the leather which made 2 holes! I was told this was the leather cleaners problem and he would be in on Thursday or Friday. I asked for this to be settled today since it has been over 3 months and I am now out money and a bag. I was told again it that the leather cleaner would have to take care of it. I explained I wasn't dealing with him but brought my bag there to be cleaned. I was told the leather cleaner would call me later this week.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of my $55 for cleaning and my white leather designer bag to be replaced.
