In response to this claim, I did return the call with no answer then was tied up with a family issue for a couple daysThe call was after the day guarantee and was told on original call that there was a leak on water softner (no where near what we fixed before) and a possible leak near where we
fixedThe pipe under the house is Quest pipe which is no longer madeWe went back with Pex which is correct fixQuest had a class action law suit because it will develope leaks anywhere on the pipe at any given timeI was not aware that there was a claim that the pipe was fixed and the customer was told it was my faultIf so I would gladly asked to see the pipe and if it was my fault I would have gladly returned the amount of my invoice.I take my work very serious and I do apologize that I was not able to get back in contact with customer for unforeseen reasons
