In response to our complaint filled on 9/1/2016, We at Spotless Auto LLC strive for customer satisfaction, as a small used car dealer we attempt to only purchase vehicles we believe customers will be satisfied with as we realized our reputation is on the line and hope to have everyone satisfied when choosing to buy from us This particular vehicle is a Hybrid which many people are unfamiliar with, we try to explain in detail all the vehicles specifications to the best we can, also we have it listed on our website and any 3rd party affiliate we advertise withWe have absolutely no problem with a customer coming to inspect the vehicle, test drive it, even take it to a mechanic of their choice to get inspected for peace of mind and to have a better understanding of the conditioning of the vehicle and if any repairs will be neededThis customer chose not to do so, he/she had family come and look at the vehicle with them, test drove it, licked it, and negotiated the price to over $2,less than what we had it advertised forWe accepted their offer, signed all the state required paperwork, and they left as happy customers which is our goal with each customer, part of the state required paperwork is to have the "Buyers Guide" signed, on this paper the vehicle of purchase is marked "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" or "WARRANTY" since we are a small dealership we sell all of our vehicles "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" for the simple reason that we are small and do not have a mechanic on site to offer that service Simply put we did not force this customer or any of our customers to purchase from us, we will gladly allow anyone to get the vehicle inspected prior to making a decision, however once a decision is made all sales are final with no vehicle guarantees or warranty Lastly, if a customer is not satisfied with a vehicle we often give them an option of trading it in, however it is an option and we are not held to any obligatory demand to take in the vehicleAny promises made will be put on paper, not a claim without any proof I hope this response gives everyone a better understanding of the situation, and we will be more than happy to answer any further questions Thank you

We accepted their offer, signed all the state required paperwork, and they left as happy customers which is our goal with each customer, part of the state required paperwork is to have the "Buyers Guide" signed, on this paper the vehicle of purchase is marked "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" or "WARRANTY" since we are a small dealership we sell all of our vehicles "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" for the simple reason that we are small and do not have a mechanic on site to offer that service.
