Review: Upon arriving to the venue and being seated in VIP section I was given two bottles of alleged Ciroc vodka one clear in color and the second red, which I found the bottles were opened and tampered. Myself and my fellow associates brought this matter to the attention Of [redacted] as well the club manager [redacted] and this was confirmed by consumption by your fellow employee ( [redacted]) that neither bottle received was not indeed pure Ciroc and was tampered.Per our email agreement (purchase agreement) I would receive 1 bottle of Ciroc and a bottle of Champagne which was not the case upon my arrival. I requested that I be refunded as and the manager and [redacted] refused to give me a refund. I am unsure with the bottles being opened prior to them reaching table what else could have been in the put in that bottle. After stating that I knew that that was not a legit product I was asked to leave due to me requesting my money back. I had friends coming to join my associate's Bday and was unable to enjoy myself due to the misleading and false advertisement within the establishment. I have included multiple statements that in fact state this establishment puts water in their alcohol bottles and serve it as a pure product which is totally dishonest.Desired Settlement: I do feel that services were not rendered and I a seeking a full refund.
