Review: This company billed me 15 man hours at $37.00 (I was quoted $34.00/hr.). It noted removal of leaves and debris. I have pictures of the place just 3 days after they were there. It was no where near cleaned up as the representative promised. There were also many weeds that were 3-4 inches in height. She assured us the weeds would be pulled then something laid down to prevent the weeds from growing. Apparently this was not done. There are millions of dried pine needles still there so I don't see where the 15 hours came into play. Besides the mulching there was not anything else done. When I wrote her about this she said she would make it out that weekend to see it. She never showed up to my knowledge, she was to have called my husband's cell and we would meet her there. No call. Thank youDesired Settlement: I will pay for the mulch a few hours of labor at $34.00 (which was on her original quote but no where near $590.00 which is the bill. This is absolutely "trying to take advantage" of someone.
