On December 8th. We had some unavoidable internal problems and told him that we would be able to get the items completed but not within the timeline we originally discussed. Customer was upset and requested a refund. We processed a credit to his credit card for the $338.90. We explained to him that it is our policy and our credit card processors policy to not refund amounts that are not charged to a card. He originally paid $95 with a check therefore it is our policy to return his money with check. Customers check was mailed last week and should have it any day.
